My name is Alphonse Frankenstein. I
am the father of Victor. I am to my son a very notable and respected man. throughout his life I constantly remind him of the
importance of family and try to console him when he is down. I am also the one he accuses of not dismissing his earlier notions
of wanting to study the authors he chose, so to him I may have been the reason for his rampage and indulgence into the science
that lead to his death and the death of our family members.

I am Victor's mother. I am first introduced into the story when Alphonse helps my father and upon his death marries me. I
am seen as nuturing and wanted only the best for my son. I died when he was about 17 and on my deathbed expressed my wishes
for my son to marry Elizabeth.
